At Finca La Rochela in Valle del Cauca, Colombia, a family of producers has been cultivating specialty coffee for more than two decades. Today the farm spans over 250 acres and focuses on distinctive varieties like Geisha, Java, Pacamara, and Yellow Bourbon.
