All coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped from Colorado, USA.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or other available carriers at our discretion.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement shipment.
