At Senses Coffee Exotics, we stand behind the quality of every coffee we sell.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, we generally do not accept returns of opened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sensescoffee.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs when applicable

We will evaluate each situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Dissatisfaction

Coffee preferences are subjective. While we cannot guarantee every coffee will match every individual's taste preferences, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened coffee products and consumable goods cannot be returned for resale and are therefore not eligible for return.
